What does this Dr Puthucheary know about NS? You dodged the draft, filled out a form and you get citizenship without breaking out a sweat. You save babies as a doctor, you get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars. When you are in NS, you are handed a stingy “allowance” trying to save yourself.
Dr Puthucheary is living proof that NS is a stupid waste of time.
